Goya Foods Inc. is a proud Partner in The Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism program (C-TPAT) since 2004.
As a voluntary member of the C-TPAT program, we agree to adhere to the safe and secure international commerce between our foreign manufacturers, suppliers, partners and ourselves.
We and our international Partners are expected to comply with the C-TPAT Minimum Security Criteria. Our Partners include Foreign Manufacturers, Suppliers of raw materials, Truck Transportation companies, Ocean Carriers, Freight Forwarders, 3rd Party Logistics Providers and Licensed Customs Brokers. Our partners and stakeholders collaborate to support the Minimum Security Criteria to secure transportation of products and materials from the source origin to the US Port and the final delivery destination.
Goya Foods remains committed to protecting its international supply chain from potential exposure to any criminal activities such as illegal weapons and drug trafficking, terrorism, human smuggling, contraband, money laundering and cyber intrusions.
This commitment to the security protocols required of the C-TPAT Minimum Security Criteria is supported by Senior Management and throughout our organization. Employees comply with the C-TPAT and the required policies, procedures and guidelines. We strive to continually improve our practices and maintain compliance with C-TPAT policies and procedures as they pertain to our business practices, operations and employees.
